We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is cancelled, we will refund any payment received.
We ship to addresses within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You must be present to sign for delivery and provide valid government-issued photo ID proving you are of legal age. If you are not available or cannot provide valid ID, the package will not be released. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weed Delivery Canada and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
